You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work creatively and flexibly in order to quick build rapport and trust with the clients in order to engage them with the service and fully understand their reasons for running away and the risks associated.
The successful candidate will be working with children and young people with a range of needs/ issues including family breakdown, substance misuse, mental health, domestic violence, sexual abuse, neglect, peer pressure, bullying and those experiencing/ at risk of CSE.
