An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced Service Manager to manage a specialist Domestic Violence Advocacy service in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be working for a respected women's charity who have provided specialist support and advocacy services to women and children fleeing Domestic Abuse for almost 50 years.

You will be supporting, leading and line managing a team of Independent Domestic Violence Advocates and a Senior IDVA who work within a multi-agency framework to provide a high quality, pro-active service to victims of domestic, sexual and honour based violence and abuse, stalking and forced marriage, often those at the highest risk.

You will take the lead in all crisis situations and provide advice and guidance on child protection and adult safeguarding issues and information sharing concerns.

You will be responsible for working closely with the SMT to monitor service provisions, deliver and will report on all monthly and quarterly statistics and performance management data and will liaise with stakeholders and partners to ensure a high quality service is provided.

The successful candidate will be able to Influence and develop responses to improve services to victims of Domestic Violence and Abuse ensuring that the experiences of clients and other agencies inform this process.

They are looking for an experienced Manager who has experience of managing and/or working for domestic violence (or VAWG related services).
