Our client, a National Charity are looking for Domestic Abuse Workers in Staffordshire.
You will work as part of a team to provide a high quality frontline service to victims who are experiencing domestic violence.
We have temporary positions within their outreach and high risk client services; we can consider full or part time candidates.
You will need to have experience of working with vulnerable clients that have been affected by domestic/ sexual abuse, drug and alcohol substance misuse, mental health issues and/or homelessness. You will have the ability to carry out risk assessments (CAADA DASH), develop support plans, and liaise with various agencies to support the clients.
It is essential that you have the ability to assess risk and manage crisis situations, produce and maintain professional, detailed records, letters and reports.
CAADA or SafeLives Qualified would be advantageous but not essential. Experience of attending weekly MARAC meetings is desired.
Enhanced DBS essential, Car Driver advantageous.
