Job description

We are looking for Support Workers to work within a young persons service in Cambridgeshire.

Hours will be on an as and when needed basis varying from days, evenings, waking nights and weekends.

You will need to have experience working with the homeless, drug and alcohol substance misusers, ex-offenders, young people. You will have the ability to develop support plans, work as a team and on your own, and be able to liaise with various agencies to support the clients.

You will work as part of the staff team providing high quality accommodation and support for young people with complex needs.

You will assist clients identify support needs and aspirations, access services and opportunities to meet current and future housing, health and support needs.

Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months and/ or on the DBS Update Service is essential
