Job description

Resourcing Group is current recruiting for a Team Leader to work for one of our reputable clients.

Having worked with this charity on a number of occasion we have found them to be excellent employers who are fully committed to supporting their staff to provide a high quality client focused service.

You will be working with experienced providers of Domestic Violence support and advocacy to support to victims of abuse and crime and will become part of a professional and well respected organisation.

Location: St Albans

Days and Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week)

Temporary role: Hourly rate TBC

Essential: DBS

  • The Team Leader (Court Services) is responsible for the delivery of the Witness Service within the court environment, through the effective coordination and development of volunteers who support witnesses in their journey through the criminal justice system.
  • This role is also responsible for developing and maintaining local stakeholder relationships.
  • We would be looking for someone who has experience of managing teams of paid staff or volunteers, ideally within the justice or voluntary sectors, who can truly hit the ground running, to be available immediately
